HDCM PRESENTING SPONSOR $7,500

Presenting Sponsorship offers premier recognition and visibility throughout High Desert Chamber Music's season, aligning your business with exceptional artistic experiences and meaningful community impact. As a leading partner, you will receive prominent branding and acknowledgment across concert programs, marketing materials, and digital communications. Presenting Sponsorship includes the following:

  • Full page size advertisement on Inside Cover of the Season program book ($1,500 Value)

  • Logo and mention in Central Oregon Daily News Television spots

  • Mention in all Radio spots on Combined Communications Radio Stations 107.7FM, KBND (1110AM)

  • HDCM Correspondence – E-Newsletter, and all announcements pertaining, including posters

  • KWAX Radio (98.9fm) Public Service Announcements and underwriter ads, approx. 45 X :30 live announcements running two weeks prior to each event

  • Ten tickets in premium Reserved seating to the HDCM Series

  • Tickets to the Annual Benefit Gala, amount tbd

  • Verbal recognition at each event, opportunities for a representative to speak at each event

  • Premium name and logo placement on all signage and promotional materials

  • Premium name and logo placement on HDCM website and Facebook page

  • Regular press releases which will always include title sponsor recognition for your business include Cascade Arts & Entertainment Magazine, the Bend Bulletin 

  • All signage and promotional materials at the event (Posterboards, Programs, etc.) 

HDCM CELEBRITY RECITALS SPONSOR $4,000

Celebrity Recital Sponsors underwrite a featured, high-profile performance within the season, showcasing an artist of international recognition in an elevated concert experience. This sponsorship offers exceptional visibility while helping bring a celebrated performer to Central Oregon audiences. Celebrity Recital Sponsorship includes the following:

  • Full-page size advertisement in the Season program ($1,500 Value)

  • Sponsor Spotlight: Focus on your business in our monthly E-News

  • Logo and mention in Central Oregon Daily News Television spots

  • Mention in Radio spots on Combined Communications Radio Stations 107.7FM, KBND (1110AM)

  • HDCM Correspondence – E-Newsletter, and all announcements pertaining, including posters

  • Four tickets in premium Reserved seating

  • Verbal recognition at event

  • Links and tags to your business website through HDCM website and Facebook page

Your business will be the exclusive representative of your industry category among event sponsors. While other businesses in the same field may advertise in HDCM publications, no competing sponsor from your industry will receive sponsor-level recognition.​

HDCM CONCERT SERIES SPONSOR $3,000

Concert Series Sponsors help sustain High Desert Chamber Music’s core season programming, supporting the artistic excellence and community access that define our annual award-winning series. Concert Sponsorship includes the following:

  • Full-page size advertisement in the Season program ($1,500 Value)

  • Sponsor Spotlight: Focus on your business in our monthly E-News

  • Logo and mention in Central Oregon Daily News Television spots

  • Mention in Radio spots on Combined Communications Radio Stations 107.7FM, KBND (1110AM)

  • HDCM Correspondence – E-Newsletter, and all announcements pertaining, including posters

  • Four tickets in premium Reserved seating

ANNUAL GALA TABLE SPONSOR $1,750

Gala Table Sponsorship provides a memorable way to entertain clients, colleagues, or guests while supporting High Desert Chamber Music's largest annual fundraising event. Enjoy reserved seating for ten and recognition as a valued supporter of an evening that helps bring exceptional chamber music and educational programs to Central Oregon. Reserve by October 20, 2026 to receive early bird pricing. Standard rate $2,000 begins 10/21/26. Gala Table Sponsorship includes the following:

  • Ten tickets in premium Reserved seating

  • Table Signage on individual table arrangements at event

  • Verbal recognition at event

  • Sponsor Spotlight: Focus on your business in our monthly E-News

  • Premium logo placement on Gala program insert

  • Premium logo placement on Season program Annual Gala page

  • All signage and promotional materials pertaining to the event (Video ads, Programs, etc.)
